Dmitry has over 14 years of experience of defending major taxpayers from a variety of industries. His competences include taxation in such spheres as leasing, banks, media and internet business.
During Dmitry’s transfer pricing practice management, over the past few years around two dozens of projects for major taxpayers have been implemented.
Dmitry regularly participates in various professional events, seminars, conferences in law and taxation.
He participates in working out draft laws, projects of normative legal acts of state bodies; he is a member of working groups of the Ministry of Economic Development and the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation.
He was awarded with the Ministry of Finance certificate for his input in the development of the taxation system.
He is author of numerous publications on tax issues. He is a member of the Advisory Board of the Tax Committee of the RF State Duma.
Holds two higher education degrees (Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation, International Law Institute under the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation). Candidate of Economic Sciences.

Alexandra has vast experience (since 1999) in tax and civil consulting, including the area of copyright law. Has represented the interests of oil and gas companies (extraction, processing, petrochemical industry), investment companies, IT-companies, housing maintenance and utilities enterprises, non-profit organizations, metallurgy, transport, communications enterprises, leasing companies.
Author of numerous publications on tax issues, including books on taxation. Has extensive experience of working in expert groups of the RSPP, the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation, the State Duma of the Russian Federation. Was awarded with a diploma of the Minister of Finance of the Russian Federation for his contribution to the development of the taxation system.
Has completed two higher education programs (in the All-Russian Distance-Learning Institute of Finance and Economics, and in the International Law Institute of the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation), Certificate of the Ministry of Finance Auditor.

Within the past few years he has participated in the successful defense of the interests of over 40 clients in tax disputes with additional charges (requirements) amounting to over 4.2 billion rubles.
His professional career in taxation began in the tax authorities, which contributes to full and complete assessment of situations to be resolved.
Prior to working with Taxadvisor legal firm he was head of tax litigation practice FBK-Pravo, one of the recognized leaders on the Russian market of legal services in the field of taxation.
Aleksey’s professional experience gained in over 20 years includes projects carried out for the largest Russian and foreign companies representing a variety of industries and business areas, including fuel and energy complex, petrochemicals, electric power, transportation, communications, engineering, construction and real estate development, retail, FMCG, pharmaceuticals, banks, investment companies, leasing, media business, etc.
Aleksey’s competences include tax administration issues and the procedure for calculating taxes, as well as issues concerning the application of special tax regimes and international taxation.
Besides consulting and protection of interests projects, projects on structuring, M&A support, projects of methodological nature, as well as transfer pricing projects were carried out for various clients under Aleksey’s guidance and with his participation.
He is a regular participant in various professional events on legal and tax issues, seminars, conferences, cooperates with the leading Russian universities. Participated as a lecturer in a professional development project on transfer pricing carried out by Financial University. Author of a large number of publications in business and professional publications.
